The name of it is "BACK to SCHOOL SALE". The 1st page is an entry form for the $2,500 sweepstakes (4 winners) then 1st prize is a $500 Publix gift card (100 winners). The next few pages are recipes and then there are 2 pages of the manufacturer's coupons listed below.
